Paint on Pottery
Pottery painting is a great experience for your inner artist and you have a funtional object to enjoy or give as a gift. Our glazes are lead-free and non-toxic, so it is safe for all ages to enjoy painting pottery.
How it works:

Select a piece of pottery. We have an ever changing array of plates, mugs, bowls, boxes, banks, etc.

Choose your design and colors. There are stencils, stamps, and idea books available to inspire the creative process.

Paint your heart out! Most guests spend an hour and a half enjoying the process of painting.

Your finished (glazed and fired) pottery will be ready in 7 days
Our prices are based on the piece that you choose and include studio time, paints, and firing.

Take-home kits are available:

​Pick out a piece to paint at home.

We will package paints and paint brushes for you.

Pay for the price of the piece + $5 for 6 paints and assorted brushes.

Bring your finished masterpiece back for us to fire!
Mosaic
Discover the ancient art of mosaic at Paint Your Heart Out. Explore the possibilities of creating a magical, sparkling surface from an array of glass, tile, ceramic and mirror bits.
How it works:

Choose a base shape. We have plaques, frames, mirrors, etc.

Select your tesserae (mosaic pieces)

Create a design and attach the tesserae

We will grout your mosaic and it will be ready in 6 days.
Our prices are based on the base that you choose and include studio time, tesserae, and grouting.
Clay Play
Here at the studio, we love to play with clay! Learn to hand-build with clay. Create an original piece of artwork starting from clay. Work one on one with the instructor to bring your idea to life. We have tools and techniques to help you along the way. We will bisque fire your piece and you may paint it the following week. It will then be fired again to a glossy colorful finish and ready for pick-up in 7 days.

Clay play sessions are by appointment only. You may schedule a one- hour session on weekdays during our open hours. We also offer monthly group clay play sessions on designated Saturday mornings from 10 to 11 am. Upcoming monthly sessions include:

We will respectfully hold your pottery for 30 days after your paint date. We cannot be held accountable for your artwork after that date. If you are unable to pick up your artwork within that time frame, please give us a call and we will happily arrange shipment.
